Red Hot Chili Peppers is a musical boy band that emerged from Los Angeles in 1983. Ever since the start of their career, the band has focused on fusing traditional funk music of the States with the genres of psychedelic rock and punk. The current line-up of the band comprises of Josh Klinghoffer who is the guitarist and Chad Smith who is the drummer along with Anthony Kiedis and Michael Balzary who have been the only consistent members of the band since its formation. Where Kiedis is the lead vocalist, Balzary is the bassist and is also known as ‘Flea'.

Red Hot Chili Peppers saw changes in its line-up several times but all band mates adjusted into it very well and produced commendable results until whenever they stayed. Having sold over 65 million albums al around the world, the band has taken seven Grammy Awards to its record including numerous singles that charted Number 1 and amongst Top 10. As of June 2011, the band has released nine studio albums while the tenth one is to be released later this year, probably in October. Owing to the popularity of these albums and singles, red hot chili peppers tickets have faced no difficulty in selling out. The band has hosted concerts and gigs many times, almost all of which have remained quite successful. Owing to their uniqueness, the band has remained popular ever since they stepped into the world of music and to date, are serving the music industry with their talents and entertaining the large global fan base that they have gathered.
