The 2011 Rock on the Range music festival is celebrating its 5th Anniversary. The star studded 2 day event will feature of variety of great Rock acts including Korn, Stone Sour, Avenged Sevengold, Disturbed and A Perfect Circle. Including performances from Hollywood Undead, Black Label Society, Bullet For My Valentine Danzig an,d Alter Bridge.
The pre-event Rock on the Range celebration will start on Friday Night, 20th May 2011 with the largest pre-festival Anniversary Party at the venue. Featured performances will be from Steel Panther and Lez Zeppelin.
The festival will begin on 21st May 2011 at the Columbus Crew Stadium – One Black & Gold Boulevard in Columbus, Ohio. 40 acts will be performing on 3 stages.
The confirmed Rock On The Range 2011 lineup is: A Perfect Circle, Avenged Sevenfold, Staind, Danzig, Hollywood Undead, Bullet For My Valentine, Black Label Society, Disturbed, Fu Manchu, Alter Bridge, A Day To Remember, Korn, Finger Eleven, Sick Puppies, Hinder, Escape The Fate, All That Remains, P.O.D., Stone Sour, The Damned Things, Black Veil Brides, Saving Abel, My Darkest Days, Cavo, Trapt, Rev Theory and Pop Evil.

Veterans share their fond memories of the festival.
"Three years ago my other band Ashes Divide was fortunate enough to play Rock On The Range as a support act; to return to the same festival and headline this year with A Perfect Circle is truly an honor," said Billy Howerdel of A Perfect Circle in a press release.
M Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold also said in a press release, "Not only is it an amazing show to be apart of, but it holds a deep spot in our hearts. Rock On The Range was the last American show we played with our best friend and drummer, The Rev. We are looking forward to continuing his legacy of insanity that night! See you all there."
